Parts from wholesalers: the Chrome extension and CSV import
A wholesaler basket straight into the order, with the Chrome extension or a CSV file from Inter Team, Inter Cars or Auto Partner.
Nitro Serwis is in Polish. The screenshots show the Polish interface; each label is quoted in bold, with its meaning in brackets.
You order parts from a wholesaler, so there’s no point typing them into the order by hand. Nitro takes them in two ways: straight from the wholesaler’s shop with the Chrome extension, or from a CSV file of your basket. The client’s price works itself out, with your margin and rounding.
01Install the extension
Add Nitro Serwis Asystent to Chrome. In the Inter Team, Inter Cars, Auto Partner, X-Tech Auto and Auto Land catalogues, every part gets a Wyślij do Nitro Serwis (Send to Nitro Serwis) button.
The extension sends parts to Nitro open in another tab of the same browser, so keep the order open next to the catalogue.
02Send parts to the order
Send a single part or the whole basket. In Nitro, the Pozycje z rozszerzenia (Items from the extension) window opens with the parts, base price, margin and final total. Choose where they go: Dodaj do edytowanego zlecenia (Add to the order being edited), Dodaj do otwartego zlecenia (Add to the open order) or Utwórz nowe zlecenie (Create a new order).
03Or import a CSV file
Download your basket or order from the wholesaler as a CSV file. In the order, when adding an item, choose Importuj z pliku (Import from a file), or drag the file onto the parts card in the order form. Nitro reads files from Inter Team, Inter Cars and Auto Partner.
The extension and the import work on a computer. On a phone, add parts by hand or ask Natalia, the assistant.
