Natalia, the assistant: ask about your workshop in plain words
Tomorrow’s orders, missing parts, a new client or a cost estimate from a photo. What to ask Natalia and how to approve the changes she proposes.
Nitro Serwis is in Polish. The screenshots show the Polish interface; each label is quoted in bold, with its meaning in brackets.
Asystent Natalia (Natalia, the assistant) answers questions about your workshop, in Polish, in the words you’d use asking a colleague at the desk. She finds orders, clients and missing parts, and on request adds clients, vehicles, orders and items. She saves nothing without your “yes”.
You’ll find Natalia in the menu as Asystent Natalia, on the phone, in the Inne (More) tab. She is in a test version and is switched on for a company on request; if she isn’t in your menu, write to us at [email protected].
What you can ask
- Your schedule: „Co mam na jutro?” (What do I have tomorrow?), „Jakie mam zlecenia na przyszły tydzień?” (What orders do I have next week?), „Pokaż zlecenia na ten miesiąc” (Show this month’s orders).
- A particular car or client: „Czyje jest WX7788E?” (Whose car is WX7788E?) (by plate or VIN), „Pokaż zlecenia dla Trans-Pol” (Show orders for Trans-Pol), „Pokaż zakończone zlecenia” (Show completed orders).
- Parts: „Jakich części brakuje?” (Which parts are missing?), „Co czeka na zamówienie części?” (What is waiting for parts to be ordered?).
- Free slots and services: „Kiedy mam wolny termin?” (When do I have a free slot?), „Jakie są dostępne usługi?” (What services are available?).
Natalia shows the orders she finds as cards, like the ones on the orders list. Tap a card to open the order. When there are more results, below the cards you’ll see Pokaż wszystkie zlecenia (Show all orders). Under her answer she also suggests a next question.
You always approve the changes
Natalia can also save things: add a client („Dodaj nowego klienta” (Add a new client)), a vehicle („Dodaj pojazd dla Nowaka” (Add a vehicle for Nowak)) or an order („Nowe zlecenie dla Trans-Pol, wymiana oleju” (New order for Trans-Pol, oil change)), add parts and labour to an order, mark parts as ordered, change an order’s status or assign a mechanic („Przypisz mi zlecenie 09/2026/006” (Assign order 09/2026/006 to me)).
Before every change she shows a card previewing what she will save. Check it and click Tak, zapisz (Yes, save) or Anuluj (Cancel). If something doesn’t add up (say, a client with that name already exists), the card warns you.
A cost estimate from a photo or PDF
Click the paperclip (Dołącz plik (Attach a file)) and attach a photo or PDF of the estimate. On the phone, take the photo straight away. Say which order to add the items to, e.g. “dodaj to do zlecenia 10/2026/009” (add this to order 10/2026/009). Natalia reads the labour and parts; prices come from the document or, when it has none, from your service catalogue or the workshop’s hourly rate. Once you approve, generate the quote straight away (Generuj wycenę (Generate quote)) or open the order.
Working with an order’s parts and labour is covered in the guide on handling an order.
Good to know
- The conversation isn’t saved: refresh the page and you start over. The bin icon clears it at once.
- Natalia sees what you see: the data of the workshop you have selected. In all-workshops mode she asks you to pick a workshop when adding a client or an order.
- A mechanic gets only their own orders from her, without prices, and can’t add clients or assign mechanics through her.
- She talks about workshop matters only. She doesn’t issue invoices, send messages or produce financial reports.
- Her answers come from a language model, so they can be wrong, which is why you see and approve every change first.
