Prices and the service catalogue

Your rate, the margin on parts, rounding, and ready labour items you add to an order in one click.

Nitro Serwis is in Polish. The screenshots show the Polish interface; each label is quoted in bold, with its meaning in brackets.

Prices in an order work themselves out: labour from the workshop’s rate, parts from the purchase price plus margin. You only set a few numbers once.

Rate, margin and rounding

In Ustawienia (Settings) → Warsztat (Workshop) you set:

Stawkę podaję jako (I enter the rate as): net or gross;
Cena roboczogodziny (Hourly labour rate): the other amount (net or gross) is calculated for you;
Marża na części (%) (Margin on parts (%)): added to the purchase price of every part;
Zaokrąglaj ceny części do pełnych złotych (Round part prices to whole zloty): the client sees PLN 120 instead of PLN 119.37.

You can still change the margin and price on a single part in an order.

Katalog usług (Service catalogue)

Save the services you do most often once, and add them to orders in one click. The catalogue, in Ustawienia (Settings) → Katalog usług (Service catalogue), has three tabs:

Godzinowe (Hourly): labour items with a working time, charged by the hour or at a fixed price;
Cennik (Price list): fixed-price items grouped into sections, the way the client sees them. A price can be exact, “from”, a range, a surcharge or on request; you can also add a tyre table with prices per size and rim type;
Podgląd (Preview): how the price list will look on the workshop website.

When adding labour to an order, type a name. Nitro suggests catalogue items with their time and price ready.
