Getting started: account, company and workshop

Signing up, company details, workshop hours and rate, mechanics: what to set in the first few minutes so you can take in your first car right away.

Nitro Serwis is in Polish. The screenshots show the Polish interface; each label is quoted in bold, with its meaning in brackets.

Signing up and setting up your workshop takes a few minutes. The first month is free. Just start taking cars in.

01Create an account

Go to the sign-up page, enter your email address, accept the terms and click Zarejestruj się (Sign up). An activation link arrives in your inbox: click it, set a password (at least 8 characters) and confirm with Utwórz konto (Create account).

02Enter your company details

The first step, Twoja firma (Your company), asks for the company name, its address and tax ID (NIP), plus your first and last name. These go on invoices and printouts, and you can change them later in Ustawienia (Settings) → Dane firmy (Company details).

03Create your workshop

In the Twój warsztat (Your workshop) step you enter the workshop’s name and address, opening hours, the hourly labour rate and the margin on parts. Nitro uses them on every order: the rate prices labour and the margin sets the client’s price for parts.

04Add your mechanics

In the last step you add the people who work in the workshop: email, first name, password and role (Administrator or Mechanik (Mechanic)). You hand them the password yourself. If you work alone, click Pomiń ten krok (Skip this step).

The difference between the roles is explained in the team and roles article.

05Take in your first car

After clicking Przejdź do aplikacji (Go to the app) you land on the dashboard. From here you add your first client and order, shown step by step in the vehicle intake guide.
