Air conditioning: the refrigerant register
R-134a and R1234yf in stock, A/C services for clients, recovery and losses, and a ready report at the end of the year.
Nitro Serwis is in Polish. The screenshots show the Polish interface; each label is quoted in bold, with its meaning in brackets.
The Klimatyzacja (Air conditioning) module is the register of the R-134a and R1234yf refrigerants: how much gas you have in stock, how much went into services, how much you recovered and what happened to it. Nitro builds the yearly report from these entries.
At the top of the screen you see the year and Aktualny stan magazynu (Current stock) for each refrigerant, and below, three tabs: Operacje (Operations), Pojazdy (Vehicles) and Raport (Report).
01Start with the opening stock
Click Dodaj operację (Add operation) and choose Stan początkowy (Opening stock). Enter how much refrigerant you have at the start of the year. Add every purchase as Zakup gazu (Gas purchase), and any loss as Zgłoś ubytek (Report a loss).
02Record an A/C service
After a service, choose Serwis dla klienta (Service for a client). Pick the Czynnik (Refrigerant) and the date, enter Napełniono (g) (Charged) and Odzyskano (g) (Recovered) and choose the Przeznaczenie odzysku (Use of the recovered refrigerant): Recykling (recycling), Regeneracja (reclamation) or Zniszczenie (destruction). Tick Ponowne użycie w magazynie (Reuse in stock) if the recovered refrigerant goes back into your stock. In the Powiązania (Links) section, pick the client and their vehicle.
03Check the vehicles and the yearly report
The Pojazdy (Vehicles) tab groups A/C services by car: how much was charged, how much recovered and the difference. The Raport (Report) tab settles each refrigerant for the selected year: the opening amount, purchases, use from stock and from recovery, losses, the closing stock, and refrigerant withdrawn for recycling, reclamation and destruction.
The report is kept per workshop. If you have several and work in all-workshops mode, Nitro asks you to pick one.
