Reminders: when to call a client
Nitro tells you which clients are due for an oil change, with their phone number and the date of the last service.
Nitro Serwis is in Polish. The screenshots show the Polish interface; each label is quoted in bold, with its meaning in brackets.
Przypomnienia (Reminders) tell you whom to call because their next oil change is coming up. There’s nothing to plan: Nitro works it out from the order history.
Where reminders come from
When you finish an order with an oil change, Nitro asks whether to mark it as cyclic maintenance (more in the order handling guide). A year later, 14 days before the due date, the car appears on the reminders list, and the counter next to Przypomnienia (Reminders) in the menu tells you there’s something new.
What to do with a reminder
Each reminder shows the car, number plate, VIN, client, their phone number and the date of the last service. Call with the Zadzwoń (Call) button or copy the number with the icon next to it. Once it’s dealt with, click Ukryj (Hide).
