The calendar: order dates and mechanics

Day, week and month views, the mechanic filter, status colours and a new order straight from a free slot.

Nitro Serwis is in Polish. The screenshots show the Polish interface; each label is quoted in bold, with its meaning in brackets.

Kalendarz (Calendar) shows orders by date and mechanic. Every order with a date set appears here on its own. Nothing to copy over.

Views and the filter

Switch between the Dzień (Day), Tydzień (Week) and Miesiąc (Month) views, move on with the arrows, and Dziś (Today) brings you back to the current day. On a computer, the Wszyscy mechanicy (All mechanics) list narrows the calendar to one person’s plan.

What the colours mean

A block’s colour shows the order’s state. Open the legend in the calendar:

• Oczekuje na akceptację (Awaiting approval)
• Zaakceptowane, brak części (Approved, parts missing)
• W trakcie / części zamówione (In progress / parts ordered)
• Zakończone (Completed)
• Po terminie, niezamknięte (Overdue, not closed)
• Pozostawienie auta (Car drop-off)

A new order from the calendar

Click Nowe zlecenie (New order) or a free spot in the calendar. The form opens with that date and time filled in. Then carry on as in the new order guide.
